Background

Garrison is a 46-unit apartment building in Oceanside, California. Eric Kramer purchased it with a group of investors in October 2015. Chase Bank provided the acquisition funding. Structure PMG was hired to provide property management services.

Services & Improvements

We recently finished the complete repositioning of Garrison West Townhomes.

This work included the addition of a new leasing office, new fitness center, new windows, new doors, signage package, painting all buildings, adding architectural features to all buildings and many other capital improvements. We are very pleased with the results.

Results

The targeted capital investments in Garrison have allowed us to add significant additional value to this investment. We continue to improve operations with the goal of maximizing the income Garrison produces.
