Background
The Derian Office Building was one of Structure PMG’s first property management assignments. Derian is a 110,553 square foot office building in Irvine, California. This property management assignment was awarded to us by Eric Kramer’s previous employer, Essex Property Trust, who owns the asset.
Services & Improvements
In addition to day-to-day management of this commercial asset, we have provided construction management services for a number of capital projects including tenant improvement projects and common area improvements.
Results
Structure PMG provided property management and construction management services from early 2009 through 2016. During that time, Structure PMG substantially increased Derian’s income and outperformed occupancy rates for Derian’s market.
